Service from Mduduzi Simelane WICC front desk technician, Cell C

<p>I have been having trouble with my phone, which I bought from Cell C about a year ago. Software etc has been reloaded on many ocasions. I took the phone in yesterday and Mduduzi assisted me. He told me was going to upgrade the software, but he was not sure if that would solve the problem. Should that not be the case, I must go back to him. I went back this morning and told him that the problems with the phone still existed. He checked a few things on the phone and told me that he is going to exchange the phone for a new one.
