******* service from cell c

I recently took out a cellphone contract with Cell C . A month later , a consultant by the name of Joseph called me and told me that he has picked up that I am not using the SIM card that came with the phone . I was then sent a new SIM card because I had not received any sim with my phone .

Today (23.02) I called cell c to query an amount of R3000plus for a R1499 contract, I was then informed by a gentleman called Kwanele that I am being charged R999 ? For a SIM card I NEVER ASKED FOR ? Cell c goes out of their way , hires ********s to **** us just for commission ? I want that money BACK!!
