**** service, do not use Cell C for business environments.

I have given one star there is no 0 star option, Cell c is a pain in the butt and would not recommend anyone to use their service, I have been a loyal client for years now and not one business day passes without doing a business transaction with Cell C but now I think using a Cell C line as a business line is the worst business decision I have made. I have been calling you guys asking for assistance everyone in your technical department is useless and help with nothing (all they know is reboot your phone, even primary school kids know that's the first thing you do all the time) did u even train them or you just pick up people from streets and call them the technical department so as to cut expenses?... Simple my sim card is not picking up 4g services have tried putting the sim card in many phones the best I get is 2g, when I put another different Cell c line in my phone it picks up 4g except only my sim card,

I do virtual meetings everyday it's affecting services to my clients now.. all I get from so called technical department is please reboot your phone and Roam to another network ~ bull****. I tell your Cell C sim cards are picking 4g except mine then some so called technical person of yours says maybe there is no 4g in your area like seriously?...

I had to get a Vodacom line for meetings now and I get 4g from the same phone... Can someone help me I can't be changing numbers on business cards and all branding material that's a huge expense... Your service is just bull**** if I may tell you
