**** Service, Dishonest Agents

Terrible customer service from Cell C, got a call to take out a contract (agent name Mbongeni Skosana), a wrong phone was delivered and when cancelling within the cooling off period I was told to hold on to the router and power bank and only return the phone as the correct phone will be sent to me. I sent agent agent numerous emails asking for feedback and no response was received. The correct phone was not delivered after I had returned the wrong one, I then sent back the rest of the devices that came with the contract. I called the call centre to cancel but to my surprise I was still charged for the contract and devices that I do not have. I called last week, spoke to Zangisa and she promised to escalate it as an emergency to back office and till this day back office has not service. I DO NOT HAVE A CONTRACT WITH CELL C AND SHOULD NOT BE CHARGED.
