Service delivery sucks!!!

Cell C service delivery pathetic! really

I have been patient with them since last week, how difficult is it for Cell C to get back to me with info I require.

firstly, I called them to cancel my contract just to find out my contract was not cancelled. secondly, I called them and I was told I owe them R2 000 and I paid that amount for my contract to be cancelled but now I am struggling, they sent me a bill recently to show I owe R2 647.39, where did that R2 000 go because apparently they cannot find it. lastly, they blocked my cell c number like what the hell man.

I NEED HELP!! I WANT MY CONTRACT TO BE CANCELLED AND I WILL NEVER OPEN A CONTRACT WITH CELL C AGAIN worse network ever.
