Service delivery is a disaster

I have been waiting for them to come and check out the network problem as they had promised.Yesterday someone called me and they told me that they will come to check out the problem in the morning and noone came. up until now.Another issue that I am experiencing with them is their repair service.I sent my blackberry to them two times and now i have to do it again in a space of less than a month.This is because the phone was never fixed to begin with.whats the point of having a phone that is constantly with the supplier? I hope you respond this time
