I am really unhappy about cell C. I have lost my cell C simcard, which is a very important number to me, of course on prepaid. I did try to do a sim swap and i Failled the security check, now im advised that my attempts is up and that i need to go to a cell C store, how nice is this to tell a person living with a special need. Cell C sucks, and they dont even make provision if you living with a special need.

I received a call this morning from a Consultant with the name Moses Mo***eng that did assisted me according;ly to do a sim swap. Thank you Moses for showing great competency skills. Cell C did really met my expectations. Well done to cell C. You guys are the best network service provider.
Once again thank you for everyone that worked together as a team to really give me the greatest response as we did go through this case.
