Service delivery

I order a new line on 7th April 2021 assisted by Mothusi and he said there is no stock available but he'll keep me updated.I got the approval sms on my side.And everytime when I call customer care they say there nothing showing on the system for delivery.Its been 2 months and no communication.I even complaint on Facebook and I was told there's stock I'll receiving my phone soon.I called again today and there's nothing on my name again...I'm even tempted to cancel my router also.You service is bad very bad.
