I ordered a laptop online and received it on 18/10/2023. I then switched in on and it does not go further than the page where I need to put the pin. On 19/10/2023 I phoned the call center and was informed to take it to my nearest branch. I then took it to Cell C in Middelburg Mall, and they informed me there is a technical issue with the laptop and I need to send it back. Since then, I have been phoning every day with no assistance. I need this matter sorted and the laptop to be collected as soon as possible.
