Again I'm on here and again I am upset and disgraced by the service of Cell C. I was sorted out by Thabisile Ngobo "can't spell her last name" from the social media department. Then a week later I still suffered with the same matter and asked customer care to send an email to her to call me back but still now I'm waiting a month later. Also I called on Monday and was answered by Lerato who was so rude over the phone pathetic service really ended up speaking to a supervisor from the tech department when I was just transfered with out being helped. And was promised to be called back and still now it's Friday and I haven't gotten a sms with a ref or a phone call of my query being logged. CELL V DOESN'T CARE ABOUT CLIENTELE ONLY WHATS GOOD FOR THEM AND IF I THE CUSTOMER ISNT HAPPY WHAT DO WE DO WHEN THEY DONT HELP
