Good day, Cell C is at it again, I logged a call AGAIN, to ask them why my credit report is showing as in arears for 1700, when I PAID the last installment because I was not renewing my contract. I actually sent the proof of payment multiple times and the latest statement they sent showed I owe R169 so where is the 1700 coming from? On my correspondence I told them their responses were not making sense because they are contradicting the statement they sent, after that they went mum and left my account in the red. CELL C service is very **********. I don't know if they think I will pay 1700 again, this is *******.
