I was on the line to cancel both my contracts from cell C, the first one was the 27th of Dec 24, because it's 30 days before contract ends for number *** and after the call I was said this month would be the last payment, then the 28th Dec 24, again 30 days before contract closes for number *** and after the confirmation they told me the last payment will be the 15th Jan 25 as well, but today I phone Cell C and they say we cannot see it on the system, which I think is **** must I come into your main head office or is there some of E that can see what's going on the system please.
