**** service as always

Cell C is the most annoying service provider ever , I have been trying to get a sim swap in store West street they told me they can’t assist me I must call customer care I have done that 3 times , the 2nd lady I spoke to asked for my Rica SIM card and right after she told me I have failed security questions, so I called the 3rd time they telling they can’t assist me because my SIM card is rica’d already . Now I need to understand because I want my number working this weekend what should I Do ? They refused that I speak to the manager as always !!!! This is such a **** Network I demand assist now !!!!!!
