Service and Feeback

I am so unhappy with the service from cell c, me and my partner already have two new phones from Cell C again, my query reference number is *** after more than 10 days no one has assisted me. If you do not pay your cell c account they soft lock your phone, when Cell c doesn't give you the service you pay for? Complaints fall on deaf ears. Unhappy with the service i have received thus far. If it was vodacom the network problem would have been resolved in less than a month, i know because i am a former vodacom employee. Cell c get your act together resolve the issue do not call and give me ridiculous time frames as i am paying for the service you are not doing me and my partner a favor.
