Service and contract problem

i have two contracts with Cell c opened in 2013 in vanderbjilpark, vaalmall. i moved to nelspruit in december of 2013 to a farm on the N4 about 12 km out of town. we cannot use the phones as there is signal. after phoning cell c and logging a request that they see to the problem, all they told me is that i live to far from the tower!!! they gave me a reference number and told me that i would have to cancel the contracts which cost me money!!!! WHY???? the N4 high is 100 meters from my front door, how is it posible that there is no signal on the highway???<br> to add to this, now after 2 years i have sent in the cancelation forms to cancel the contracts at the end of October 2015, they have still not cancelled them and they are still debting my account!!!!!! on top of that they want me to payR139 per contract to cancel them!!!
