Service Agent Kagiso Mohlakana

Trying to get a copy of my contract proved to be a task well beyond the grasp of the ***********, inarticulate, ill mannered and illiterate customer service agent Kagiso Mohlakana from Cell C. Had to spell out my name at least 5 times over for my email address (which is supposed to be on their system anyway) and then when I asked her to repeat to check if she got it correct, she was not even close. It was like I was talking to the wall.How can you ever employ people that cannot spell, have no phone etiquette and are rude on the phone. She gave me a bogus reference number and then dropped the call. Truly pathetic. Free Yourself is what they say at Cell C. Maybe should take that advice...free yourself from this frustration and go elsewhere for a cellular contract.
