My name is Betty Sephaladi I'm writing this with a heavy bleeding heart in 2021 I had a laptop contract with the above mentioned company it was a 3 year contract which I managed to settle it before time my issue is I'm still waiting for my paid up letter even today tried calling them several times but they are taking me from piller to post and it's almost a year now and their account still appears on my ITC report I really don't know what to do to get their attention.
