Firstly they charged me an arrears amount unfairly so just because they don't debit on time even after I've done the EFT. I then paid those "arrears" amount they then said my phone will work in an hour after I called but the opposite happened its now even more blocked I can't even call their customer care and what's worse is that most of the customer care agents are rude and ***********, they won't even tell you their name they'd rather just hang up after you ask. This is really disappointing from cell c as this is my 2nd contract with them and I didn't experience this with my 1st
