I've been waiting for the team leader by the name of Karabo since yesterday and 24 plus hours later I continue waiting. I'm fed up with cell C honestly. Is there a way I can cancel this contract without being penalized because I can't wait as if I'm waiting for Jesus just for a call back and a Sim swap to be done?
