Complain, I went to cell c wonderpark 2 times and my son also went to collect the phone which was booked as faulty and was suppose to be returned after 21days. It took more than a month to fix it and I had to complain and ask for a manager to get help. some staff just do not know what are the reason for being there. I wasted my time, money and paid a monthly amount for the cell that was not in my possession for more than a month which I feel that it is very unfair. The lady that was assisting us was so useless and did not want to take erffots as she advised that she do not understand my discussion with her head office until I left. I went back and ask for a manager and the lady by the name of Susan came who was very helpful. We need more people like Susan .Thank you Susan . To Cell C, what am I paying for if you had my phone for more than a month.
