Service

I received excellent service from Tsholofelo from Cell C , with regards to my new contract i took with Cell C. <br> <br> I have to add that I was a bit disappointed yesterday when I received only my Sim Card yesterday, but no phone - I phoned Cell C this morning and was informed that the phone has not been released for delivery. Not sure how a sim card can be delivered and then the phone still has to be released.<br> <br> Need someone superior from Cell C to contact me to please explain.<br> <br> Sitting with a simcard, but no phone - rather disappointing.
