I have been requesting a paid up letter from Cell C since March 2022 and everytime I call I am given a reference number and promised by the call centre agent that I will receive it in 2 working days. Everytime I email they ***** department I get an automated response requesting documents which I send to the relevant department and I still dont get helped and everytime I call after that they request the same documents which I sent which shows me that these people are not attending to received documents. Its now over a year and the last communication on the 7th of February 2023 from Noluthando Zungu was that I will receive the letter in 48 hours. All I need is a paid up letter.
