I went to a cellc in Vincent East London to book in a phone for repairs, it's 4 months now only today they telling me that my phone won't be fixed because on the system it shows that my sim card was last in my phone last year. The phone is a dual phone sim I have two simcards in my phone. If is this the way you guys do business, I want my resent phone I took the day I booked my phone to be canceled. Csurance is useless and also cellc too, you service is wrong. How can you sell me a two simcard phone and expect me to use one sim in it. I called csurance and they telling they not going to fix my phone, they will investigate more about this and I must call them after 14 days. I am not going to do that you guys must call me. I travel 150kms to get to the store. Please cellc fix this now
