Served a raw deal by cell c

I bought a cellphone on contract at cell c and ended up paying it off with a loan i took out from Iamas they paid R5034.51 in April 2020 that was my settlement with cell c.they again paid R4469.21 on the 15th March 2021 and i later took a loan with bayport financial services and my credit report showed that I still owe cell and they paid R4469.21 on the 03rd March 2022. I again tried to apply for another credit and it still shows that i owe cell c over R10 000.00. I have tried contacting cell c but to this day I'm still struggling.
