Seriously poor customer service Cell C

After resending my proof of payment with my account code given by cell c about 7 times i still got my account suspended??? And am even cut off from using the customer care number to resolve this highly irritating issue. I payed my account early and still get cut off? Does anyone even check your *** email address as it doesn't seem that way. The account was payed on the 21st of last month yet no one checks the proof of payments email?? The service i got is shocking really. Ive never payed my account late ever in all my years with Cell C.
