Seriously delayed Cell C Fibre

Been trying to organize a transfer of my fibre for 10 days now. Tried calling, the phones never got answered, kept on hold for an eternity. Have resorted to email. Have received responses with nothing concrete to date.

My sister is moving at the same time as us, their process took 2 days.

Please sort this out.
