I was ****** friday and my phone was taken. I called the call centre to blacklist the phone only to be asked security questions, and I can not remember some of the questions. So I was given an alternative to go the store. At the store I was told that they can't blacklist the phone as the sim card is not registered under my name. I am so frustrated right now , I just want to blacklist the phone as it has my personal important information. I still have the box and the receipts of the phone that proves I bought the phone yet still they can't blacklist the phone cause the sim card is not registered under my name. Why are you making things so difficult for us as your customers to countinue using your network? Is not a receipt and the box of the phone proof enough that I bought the phone. The people that stole my phone are freely using it and I am only left with regrets why I ever used Cell c.
