Seriously???

I was interested in getting a new contract so Vodacom was giving me bad service I decided lets try Cell C, so I got a call from Cell C direct person and I got declined because I cancelled a contract with Vodacom Before. Seriously that is how you do business? Because they were a bad service provider and I cancelled it you decline me? Not because of credit score not because of anything like that? That is the funniest thing I have heard in a long time!
