Sent to credit bureau even after confirmation for *****

My ID was **********ly used to take out a cell phone at Cell c. I spoke to them last year August and they requested my ID, bank statement and affidavit, i sent them documents . They never responded to me after i sent them the necessary document and my request to get the voice recording used to make the contract. I only discovered recently when i was applying for finance that my name is blacklisted. I have requested them to take my name out but after several calls to the bureau i discovered nothing has been done. This has become a huge inconvenience to me.
