Sent countless emails

Ive had trouble with cell c since day one. At this moment i feel like canceling my contract. Ive sent countless emails to the branch. I even phoned in this morning gave my details and asked for a call back. I cant go into the branch because i liv 60kms away and its too difficult with work. Tell me where else i should complain?
