Senazo - A true ambassador for Cell C

Senazo Mhlamanzana, you are a true ambassador for Cell C Cape Gate! Thank you for compensating personally, when Cell C has let me down. I visited Cell C Cape Gate on 26 January 2019 to renew one of my contracts. I specifically asked that my new contract be capped at a certain amount. One month later, I received a shocking bill, far exceeding the capped amount. Upon phoning Cell C call centre, I was advised by Nomsa that I should have phoned them as well to cap the account and that they cannot do anything for me, I had to pay. Is Nomsa at Cell C Call Centre not also representing the same Cell C as Senazo at Cell C Cape Gate??? Senazo sent me a screen clip, indicating that she did request the cap in January, but Cell C still allowed this account to exceed the capped amount. Thank you Senazo, for taking responsibility, even though it should have been Cell C. I just wish we had more people like you in managerial positions!
