Selling products they don't have
I app**** for a contract phone will cell C and approved and finalized on the ***2,promised delivery within 48hrs of receiving confirmation SMS,I havent received the phone and no feedback or updates,emailed the consultant who was assisting me she said they will get stock by the 15.12.22-still waiting , their customer care states that phone will be delivered "next year" no date ,
why was I offered a product that doesn't exist?
