selling lies to earn commission

It was in August that fezile mazibuku phoned and offered me a contract and after about six calls my wife and I had taken out the deals..however when billing came it wasn't what was mentioned on the phone so phoned cell c and complained and was given a ref no *** and was requested for a call recording..a team member by the name of nomali assisted but please not that I always had to phone..nobody ever follows up.they confirmed that fezile was wrong but not rectify the problem in paying for something in not receiving..so I phoned again and said that I would not pay until it is resolved got a new ref number but stil cell c is jus ripping me of and gona charge me for return debit order..I would love to hear if cell c is not cell ****** and responed..here is the second ref no ***
