Selling lies to attract customers

I app**** for a Cellc contract phone online in December. The advert indicated that the phone comes with a R3000 sumsung voucher. I got a call from one of the cell reps who processed myapplication. I asked about the voucher and they did explain that I will get a voucherletter with the delivery.

The delivery was done today, there in no voucher letter in the package, plus, they delivered the wrong colour.

I called the Cellc customer service, the lady whom I talked to indicated that they can only assist with the colour swop, but thy cannot assist with the voucher as it is not part of the contract, and that the promotion ended in november. She mentioned that if I have a query I will have to raise a complaint.

I am not in a mood to constantly run after people who are providing a bad service my selling lies.

Ijust wnt to end this contract before it can even start.
