On the 12 June 2019 i received a call from your call center offering me a promotional upgrade of my data sim since i have been a Cell C client for 6 years.

The offer made to me was 5GB day data and 5GB Night Data with a price of R89 per month (Total of 10GB per month). Today is the 1st of July, I have not received the Night Data as as advised. Please provide me with the call recording as I would like to take the matter further. I also need to confirm if my account shows a monthly subscription of R89 per month. Everything promised to me on the 12th June 2019 has not been delivered on so far which breaks client trust.

Please confirm my monthly payment amount and why I am not receiving my 5GB Night Data along with my 5GB Day data as promised on the call of 12th June 2019

Still no repose from you guys? A lady called me yesterday advising that she will keep me updated with the process but nothing since then. She also advised that the 5GB night data will be manually loaded but still nothing... is Cell C and its staff now selling broken promises also on top of the lies sold?
