Selling ***** products

I was called by cell c very persuasive person trying to cell a pa service after reluctantly buying this product I never received any documents from them. No one updated me with any information and last month I suddenly got debited R64. I want a full refund and anyway my contract is coming up for renewal I just wont renew will cell c as their service delivery is very poor
