selling defected products

good day<br> <br> my wife and i took a contract with cell c in july 2015 and the cell phone that came with the contract was an Apple Iphone 6, the phone worked and still does however the charge has ceased to function, and this is were we encountered a problem<br> <br> cell c in riverside refused to replace the charge and said we have to book it in for service for a minimun of 3 weeks and a question was posted: what happens in the weeks while the charger is gone? fro the phone will not be functioning since a loaned charger could not be offered? <br> <br> and the manager arrogantly answered \i dont Know"this is a contract phone"
