Selling contracts instead of SERVICE

I have had 4 calls from the Cell C sales team in the last 2 months and 5 kazillian SMS's that state that I can upgrade. I have told all the sales people that I would upgrade my contracts if the can fix the reception in my area. Since I joint Cell C 5 plus years ago the service was deteriorating by the day. It is now up to a point where I cant use the Data at all and can hardly take calls. All the sales people responded they will escalate to their technical department. Nothing up to today. It is not that I am staying in the middle of the BUSH, what is the issue with resolving the signal in The Reeds. FIX the problem that is reported.
