Selling a contract for 179 n debit 239 with extras

I called cellc to get a contract of 2gigs. Sales person told me of a better package with a dual sim n a tablet which was 179. I explained to the sales person I don't want to pay more than 99 hence i want 2gigs. He managed to convince me to take the 179 package as it was selling a lot with a cheap tablet for only 179. I informed him It was gonna be too expensive but he said after I receive the phone I should call cellc to lock it for me so i dont overuse it. I agreed as he assured me n I trusted him. Upon calling them after receiving the phone I was informed they can't do that as there's an addition of R50 for calls that is automatically added for open lines whether u use airtime or not. Was truly shocked I called to report the matter to different call centre agent but nothing happened since then n worse very rude. They are deducting 239 on my account for misinformation n they never even sent me the contract n voice recording. Worse I only used the airtime in d first month checking If it was true. Its been 3 months now n I have not received airtime for the past two months as everytime I cal there's no airtime. Please I wan't this sorted before I take this matter further. I'm tired!!
