Sell Sea will never be accountable to their custormers

Cell c was served with notice to cancel the contract as it comes to an end. The intention to cancel was served in time. Cell c didn’t cancel my contract. They went ahead and load data in the new month. They allowed their system to increase spend limit after I have requested them to cap it. Cell c guys are not calling me to discuss how are they going to refund out of limit amount taken from me. Anyone who is trying to join cell c keep in mind you will not have human interaction when you are in trouble. They will send you multiple messages that your query has been resolved yet no one has called you to discuss the problem in details. Cause some information is sensitive to post on social platform. I will never ever take contract with cell c even if they offer me free data. I can be drunk but I will never look at cell c contracts. They always post here as if they are calling me guess what they are happy to milk my account and they will never account to me
