“Sell C” C for ********* or *******

I am yet to be contacted after requesting someone to contact me regarding my query of a recurring data bundle I “apparently” purchased online through their app (already paid the bill might I add)

When checking the purchased history I see nothing for the number I am using for my router.

A “manager” spoke to me and told me that they would have to pass me to their billing department to have this looked into, after 48 hours (like they mentioned, which was shocking) I got told that I did purchase the bundle myself online.

I purchased a bundle in November they said, knowing that I purchased a once of bundle in like July/August last year.

Note I said ONCE OFF!

After speaking to the agent (who is just doing her job, knowing what it’s like working for bad employees/companies) told me that it was infact my fault and it was done online, but I could still not find my purchase online till today.

I asked her to let the “team” send me evidence of this findings of theirs via email, she did not have an objection for this of course and we ended the call, I am yet to be contacted.

Reference number is ********** 276, whoever replies to this most probably has a “can” response (copy and paste) for each bad rating or “complaint” if I should say that.

Tomorrow I will be contacting customer “care” again for further investigation and I’ll probably get put through to another “agent/number” following some sort of information filled online intranet or knowledge based system for objections as well as some out of this world excuse as to how it’s my fault.

Don’t be ******* Cell C, I’m sure you guys make millions off of robbing people, getting them to sign contracts knowing good and well that many people are not at the means of affording it ( this is feedback given from people who don’t have a good credit score overall by the way)

Another post will be going up on the 19 January 2019 and won’t be as “nice” as this one.
