self service sucks

I have been trying to do a simswap via the self service for almost an hour and each time I get the same error message....you are not authenticated!!! I get put through to numerous consultants who keeps redirecting me to the self service option that doesn't work!!!!! How difficult is it to do a damn simswap!!! I DONT WANT TO WAIT FOR 24 HOURS I WANT IT DONE TODAY STILL!!!!!! cell sucks big time
