Selective Promotion

I was listening to east coast radio today and heard that the cellc head office in Umhlanga is having a promotion on some LTE sim card with 100 gig data on and they are selling them for R 100-00 each, there where only 500 sim cards for sale though. My problem with this is: why have such a fabulous promotion in a area where people are stinking rich and can afford to buy unlimited data at any time. Now what about the people who could really benefit from this data promotion but don't have the means to get to Umhlanga, so it is just bad luck for them? I get the idea that cellc only care about upper class clients who can afford contracts with them and they do not really care for average and lower class people who can only afford to be on prepaid. I think it is really sad and unfair.
