Seeking proper assistance (Complaint)

I'm writing more of a complaint and plea for assistance than anything else. In December 2023, I called into CellC customer care, requesting my contracts to be canceled, of which one was/is a Data contract. To date that Data contract has not been canceled as Cell C insists on Debiting my account. I've called in a few times, repeating myself over and over to whomever would listen, only to hit another brick wall! I have to say though that I eventually received a case number, but has also gone nowhere. I've asked for a copy of the recording of my call made to them to determine whether or not I had indeed asked for both contracts to be canceled. If I am wrong I will gladly apologies and pay (even if it's for something I did not use at the time of the request as I am fully aware of the 'if you've used it you pay for it rule') How difficult can this be, to just answer my request? In the meantime, I've received a message that due to my non payment, the matter has been handed over to SSDA (probably Deb collectors) but yet NO RECORDING, NO BREAKDOWN of proof that data was provided and used at the time of my request... unfortunately, providing this review of bad service on a public platform is my only option as I believe that I have exhausted all avenues, and no, going into a store for face to face assistance has not helped me one bit either. Please help. Thanks and regards, Bronwyn Davids

Reviewer Update
Good day.

Thank you for the response... I am however very skeptical of having to speak to speak to consultants as I have been doing this for a while now...I mean, even a simple thing as updating my personal details has been an issue...Anyway, for the matter at hand, please provide with an update in writing on Ticket ***.

Thanks
Cell C
