To whom it may concern<br> <br> Several attempt was made by me to resolve and to get support from Cell C to advise me for not having signal where I reside. Cell C visited my home and tested the signal. The technician agreed that the signal is very week and will respond to us in due course.<br> <br> On the 15/10/2014, I have received this SMS from Cell C.<br> <br> We have received your query and will attend to it shortly your reference no is *** an sms will be sent to you when your query has been resolved cell c 15/10/2014<br> <br> After this SMS we received no futher communication from Cell C and I phoned again. <br> On the 04/12/2014, I have received this SMS from Cell C<br> <br> We have received your query and will attend to it shortly your reference no is *** an sms will be sent to you when your query has bee resolved cell c 04/12/2014.<br> After this SMS, no further communication from Cell C. Every time I call in, your operators does not find any record on the system with regards to my query. They also indicated that there is no evidence of the reference numbers given. This continued and eventually they send me another SMS on the 20/02/2015<br> <br> We have received your query and will attend to it shor
