Security Checks

Trying to get hold of Cell C to see if they received my payment. First person I spoke to this morning asked me about 7 security check questions, (more personal questions that if I was applying for a home loan in France" which I answered and all was good. Second person I spoke to to find out if they received my POP, asked the same questions and then tells me I did not pass security check. On asking how that is possible she says "Thank-you have a good day" and hangs up on me. All i needed to know is if they received my POP!!!!

I have already sent the POP to *** that was the reason for my call to find out if they had received it. I can't see the email address that you have listed in your reply

Goodness, I have sent the proof of payment 3 times now and I just got a phone call to say my account is in arrears. Seriously tired of trying to sort this out
