Security check failure
I need to blacklist my phone but the agents always say security check failed the sim is ricad on my why cant they use our personal details to verify whats the point of rica if im failing security check , really pathetic and poor service

A security check is mandatory and helps to ensure that the customer's accounts and services are protected against ********** use and abuse.
To blacklist your phone, you can call 084 140 or email *** with the following information:
- Cellphone Number
- Handset Make and Model
- Handset IMEI
- Case Number for reported Lost/ ****** phone
