Second, third fifth try

So logged the complaint. They wend me emails saying that they dis phone me. Yes you dis phone me only for me to explain my query over and over. Then no one phones back. Then I get an email saying we tried to get hold of you but you didn’t. I am going no where with this complaint. Your complaint system is not functional. 3 different people has phoned me and everytime I have to explain. Read my emails. How difficult can it be. I will even phone you back just provide me with a reference number and a name please. Not once has anyone provided me with such just an email that says we can’t get hold of you phone 084135. This is a general call centre. How will they know what is going on. I am soooo frustrated.
