Second review on device repair

<p>Good day,</p> <p> </p> <p>Ive written a previous review on the repair of my Sony dice that has been sent back 5 times according to my calculation. I was ensured that the device will be repaired or replaced ASAP due to the reason that I have been withut the device for 5 months now. This is unacceptable!!! I phoned the repair centre just to find out that they still do not have the device in their possession and I returned it to Cell C on the 6th of November. I also commented on my previous review, but still no feedback????? This by far the worst service I have recieved. It is pathetic to say the least!!!</p>
