Second contract mobile device

I took another contract with Cell C for Nokia 1320 in November 2014. Around March 2015, the device screen went blank & I sent the device for repair, three weeks later I was given an refurbished phone. The refurbished phone went all blank last week & it shows the Nokia Logo on charging but does not proceed further than that. For me, this is unacceptable since my contract is not even a year old & I'll still pay the premiums though I m always given **** phones. I've been with cell C contact for more than 8 years & I'm considering not upgrading my contracts due to this issue.
